The right plan comes down to one thing: how often your booth runs.
A one-off booking, a date outside your season, a first contract to honour before you subscribe. The Event Pass at €19 covers one booth for 72 hours, with the full cloud. No subscription, no renewal. The clock starts when you activate the pass on the booth — so you can buy it weeks ahead.
Begin with the free 14-day trial: two booths, every feature, the full cloud, no credit card. That is enough to cover a real event and check that the hardware, the printer and the software get along before you commit a single euro.
The Pro plan at €240/year (that is €20/month) includes 2 booths, the online gallery, the web portal, the mobile control app and sync between your booths. From two events a year onwards, it comes out cheaper than buying passes one by one. Monthly it is €49 with no commitment: the yearly plan pays for itself from the fifth month — before the end of a wedding season.
Works councils, public administrations, hospitals, events under NDA. The Local plan at €89/year per booth is deliberately cut off from every online service: no photo, no setting and no statistic leaves the PC. Licences are unlimited — you buy as many as you have booths.

Sending photos by email is part of the subscription, with nothing to install: your guests receive their photo from no-reply@boothapp.be, in a message in BoothApp's colours. The cap is 3,000 emails a day per booth — that is 6,000 a day with the two booths on the Pro plan, enough to cover several events on the same Saturday. Would you rather your guests received their photo from your own company address? Enter your outgoing server in the booth settings and everything leaves from your side. With no connection during the event, the addresses are kept on the booth and the messages go out as soon as it is back online.

Yes, every price shown is excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is worked out at checkout, based on your country and your status. If you supply a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge applies.
No. The 14-day trial asks for no payment method at all. It gives you every feature, 2 booths and the full cloud. At the end of the 14 days there is nothing to cancel: the trial stops on its own.
On activation, not on purchase. You can buy the pass days in advance without losing an hour: the 72 hours only start running when you activate it on the booth, at the beginning of your event.
Yes. Moving from monthly to yearly, or adding extra booths, is done from your subscription area. The change is prorated against the period you have already paid for.
No. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the current period. The yearly subscription is not renewed if you cancel before the renewal date. The Event Pass never renews: there is nothing to cancel.
The booth keeps running for the event in progress. BoothApp is built never to interrupt an evening: licence checks do not block a session that has already started.
Yes, simply by subscribing to the Pro plan. Your print templates and your settings stay on the booth; on top of them you gain the online gallery, the web portal and the mobile app.
