Withdrawal and refunds

1. Who can withdraw
- Business customer: no right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: 14 days after purchase. Subscription: you pay for the days already used, the rest is refunded. Event Pass: fully refunded as long as it is not activated; the right ends on activation.

2. How
An e-mail to contact@boothapp.be before the deadline is enough. The form below is optional.
3. Model withdrawal form

4. Refund
